Size Guide
Three ways to get the fit right the first time. If you're ever between sizes, size up — and if a size doesn't work out, our easy 30-day return policy has you covered.
Ring sizes (US)
The most reliable method: take a ring that already fits the intended finger and measure its inner diameter in millimeters with a ruler, then match it below. Fingers swell slightly in heat and in the evening — measure at the end of the day for the truest fit.
| US size | Inner diameter (mm) | Inner circumference (mm) |
|---|---|---|
| 5 | 15.7 | 49.3 |
| 6 | 16.5 | 51.9 |
| 7 | 17.3 | 54.4 |
| 8 | 18.1 | 57.0 |
| 9 | 19.0 | 59.5 |
| 10 | 19.8 | 62.1 |
| 11 | 20.6 | 64.6 |
| 12 | 21.4 | 67.2 |
No ring to measure? Wrap a thin strip of paper snugly around the base of the finger, mark where it overlaps, measure the length in millimeters, and match it to the circumference column. Wide bands wear snugger than thin ones — for wide styles, consider going up a half size if available.
Necklace lengths
Lengths are measured end to end, clasp included. For layering, keep at least 2" between chains.
| Length | Where it sits | Wear notes |
|---|---|---|
| 14" | Choker — snug at the neck | High necklines, layering base |
| 16" | At the collarbone | The classic pendant length; sits above most necklines |
| 18" | Just below the collarbone | Most versatile everyday length; suits nearly all necklines |
| 20" | Below the collarbone, above the bust | Pairs over crew necks and knits; strong mid-layer |
| 22" | At the bust line | Statement motifs and longer pendants |
| 24" | Below the bust | Opera length; wear alone or as the longest layer |
Bracelet sizing
Measure your wrist just below the wrist bone with a soft tape (or a strip of paper measured against a ruler), keeping it snug but not tight. Then add ease depending on the fit you want:
| Style | How to size |
|---|---|
| Chain bracelets | Wrist measurement + 0.5"–0.75" for a standard drape; + 1" for a looser fit |
| Bangles & cuffs | Measure around the widest part of the hand with fingers together — the bangle must pass over it. Cuffs flex slightly; fit to the wrist itself |
| Watches | Wrist measurement + 0.5"; most OAKNOVA watch bracelets include removable links for fine adjustment |
Typical reference: women's wrists average 6"–6.5" (bracelet 6.5"–7.5"), men's 7"–7.5" (bracelet 7.5"–8.5").
